Since this is a custom-made design, our team will come for measurements and space assessment after an agreed commitment fee has been paid. This commitment fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payment. Once payment is received, your project schedule and execution plan will begin immediately.
Production & Installation Time: Timeline depends on the size of your wall, design complexity and your location. An estimated completion time will be shared with you after the site visit and final design confirmation.
Custom Product Policy: Because this unit is made specifically for your home, payment on delivery is not available. A non-refundable commitment fee is required before we come for measurement or commence any work. This fee goes towards your project and will be deducted from the final amount.
After the design and total cost are agreed, you will receive a clear payment breakdown and project schedule. Work starts once the required initial payment is confirmed.
