Custom Product Policy
This design is fully custom-made to fit your wall measurement and interior layout. Because of this:
- A non-refundable commitment fee is required before measurement or production begins.
- Our team will visit your location for proper measurement and space assessment.
- The commitment fee will be deducted from your final balance.
- Fabrication starts immediately after the measurement and agreed design outline.
This ensures you get a perfect, seamless finish designed specifically for your home — not a generic one-size-fits-all console.
Production & Installation Time: Timeline depends on the size of your wall, design complexity and your location. An estimated completion time will be shared with you after the site visit and final design confirmation.
Custom Product Policy: Because this unit is made specifically for your home, payment on delivery is not available. A non-refundable commitment fee is required before we come for measurement or commence any work. This fee goes towards your project and will be deducted from the final amount.
After the design and total cost are agreed, you will receive a clear payment breakdown and project schedule. Work starts once the required initial payment is confirmed.

Note:
For standard furniture orders, payment on delivery is available for Lagos, Edo & Ogun State only.
For other states, a small commitment fee may be required.
