What is a custom product?
A custom product is any furniture or wall unit that is designed specifically for your space, not based on fixed standard sizes.
- Non-standard sizes: TV walls, consoles, wardrobes or shelves built to fit only your wall or corner.
- Full wall designs: Feature walls that combine console, panels, shelves, lighting and storage.
- Special requirements: Extra storage, cable management, hidden compartments, special depths or heights.
- Custom finishes: Specific colour combinations, high-gloss MDF, texture mixes, and unique layouts.

We keep the process simple and transparent so you always know what is happening and what you are paying for.
Step 2
Measurement & commitment fee
For most custom projects, our team will need to come over to take accurate measurements and assess the wall. A non-refundable commitment fee is paid before we visit or start any design work. Transport cost for the visit is added where necessary.
Step 3
Design, production & installation
After measurements and agreement, we proceed with production using high-gloss MDF and other agreed materials. Once ready, our team delivers and installs in your home, so you don’t have to worry about carpenters or fixing.
Important: Your commitment fee is deducted from your final balance when the project is completed and paid for.
It is not refundable if you cancel after we have started design, measurement or production,
because the work was planned specifically for your space.
Payment & delivery policy for custom products
Custom projects are handled differently from ready-made or standard-size furniture, because they are built specifically for you.
Commitment fee (custom only)
- Every custom project requires a non-refundable commitment fee.
- The exact amount is agreed with you on WhatsApp, depending on the nature and size of the work.
- This fee covers design planning, measurement visits, and project preparation.
- Whatever you pay as commitment fee will be deducted from your final payment.
Measurement visit & site inspection
- For wall consoles, full TV walls, built-ins and similar work, our team may need to visit your location.
- A small transportation charge is added to the commitment fee for physical visits.
- After measurements and inspection, we confirm design, materials and estimated production time with you.
Payment structure
- Because custom products are made to your exact wall and cannot be resold, they are not Payment on Delivery.
- After commitment fee, a further percentage is usually required before full production begins (agreed on WhatsApp).
- Balance is paid on or before installation day, depending on the agreement for that particular project.
Colour & finish options
- We work mainly with high-gloss MDF boards and other quality materials suitable for modern interiors.
- You can send us your preferred colour scheme, so we can match your wall paint, tiles or existing furniture.
- Where your exact colour is not available, we’ll recommend the closest options and confirm with you before proceeding.
Delivery: We deliver nationwide via trusted logistics partners. Delivery fee will be confirmed
after we receive your address on WhatsApp.
Note: For standard (non-custom) products, Payment on Delivery is available for Lagos, Edo & Ogun State only. For other states, a small commitment fee may be required.
